MOGA Ace Power leaked, a controller fitted around your device instead of under it
Thanks to @evleaks, we can check out some leaked images of MOGA’s newest potential product, the MOGA Ace Power. We’ve seen this concept many times before, but this is the first time we’ve seen it done by a popular company. It’s a controller split in two, with each piece flanking your phone’s display. It’s an awesome product judging by looks alone, and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
This controller is also part of the Power line of accessories, so it comes with a built in 1,800 mAh battery with a connector on one of the sides to charge your device.
Unfortunately, the product in these renders is made for the iPhone 5 and 5S, having a Lightning connector inside. This is why it’s so easy to make iPhone accessories: one accessory can fit multiple devices. However, we haven’t given up hope that PowerA will make a few versions for some popular Android devices, or maybe a universal one with no charging capabilities (which I would be fine with). But having this for a Galaxy Note 3, with that beautiful and massive 5.7-inch display, would be perfect.
If this was available for your favorite Android device, would you buy one? Do you think of these accessories as necessary? Or would you rather pick up an NVIDIA SHIELD? Leave a comment telling us your thoughts!
